How to Open a Bottle of Soda

Say there is a couple having problems in their relationship, and the negative energy between them seems to be mounting.  Now, the smart thing to do is to recognize that we want to lose the negativity but not the energy behind it.  In this case, it is important to “respond” to the given situation and not just “react.”  Sure, it is easier said than done, but we should always remember that we do not want to lose the contents of the energy.  This energy is love; we just want to lose the negativity.
It is like opening a bottle of soda.  In this case of tension, the bottle has been shaken up, but we now want to attempt to open it.  If we turn the top too quickly, we might lose some of the pressure-filled air that has accumulated. But in the same action, we will also lose a fare amount of the content.  However, if we carefully turn the top and release the pressure-filled air, we will retain the contents.
Similar in the example of a couple where the negativity (is like that of the pressured filled air in the shaken soda bottle) Negativity needs to be handled and released with a tactful approach towards communication so we can retain the energy to fuel the relationship toward a happier, positive existence. We can have greater strength if we release the tension but keep the contents of love.  One trick is to examine the communication.  Try to use any of your senses.  Too often, humans view communication only in terms of the verbal.  Sure, this is an avenue, but we have other senses that can be used as tools to communicate. Respecting these tools can be extremely powerful towards releasing negativity and cultivating positive environments.
