Have you ever been in a situation when you are near a person, and at some point in your interactions, you feel the need to hug this person?  And then, does your mind interrupt this process and stop you?  Later, you reflect, “This person, or maybe even yourself, needed to feel a hug more than ever.”

          Love is intuitive to us.  The younger we feel, the easier it is to feel love.  This overall feeling of youth can be found in our mind, body, and spirit.  Unfortunately, many of us let our minds overpower all of the components of our being, thus determining the perception of our ages.  This perception of aging frequently turns into mental conditioning, and as a result, it inhibits our bodies and spirits ability to give and receive love
