Whose Womb - Leaving Comfort Zones

An infant can crave for their mother’s milk, to be held, rocked, and feel her warmth.  I feel that most cravings for any comfort zone start from the nature of the womb.  The womb is an environment of consistency, constant nourishment, rocking, comfort, and warmth.  The priorities are no different for adults, and we constantly keep trying to fulfill the same needs in our external environments. The only difference is we are now out of the womb still searching for the closeness of another.  In the womb, we are unified in a social environment for nine months.  From the creation of our existence, we are social.  Our comfort level roots back to a nine-month track record inside the room which provided us with everything needed to live a healthy, comfortable life. Perhaps it is the womb that sets the foundation for our need to not feel alone and to feel secure.  The truth is we will never feel the same security as was provided by the womb.  This security of love is what makes the womb an amazing place, because it most likely the only place that provides the perfect balance of survival, growth, and love. Once we leave, this sense of security can only lie within us, and if we recapture this feeling, then we have the possibility to grow and change to reach our fullest potentials.
